Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance

By accessing virtusoperandi.com or using any product in the Virtus Operandi catalogue (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the service

You may use the Service for lawful business purposes consistent with these Terms. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, use the Service to build a competing product, interfere with the Service's integrity or security, or use the Service to process data you are not authorized to process.

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with at least thirty (30) days' prior notice.

We process Customer Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any Data Processing Addendum entered into with you.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, except as required by applicable law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virtus Operandi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the courts of Casablanca.

11. Changes to these terms

Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on the Service at least thirty (30) days in advance.
